About me

A little about me

I am originally from Paisley in Scotland but have lived in Kent for almost 40 years. I spent most of my early years living with my Grandparents as my Mum was poorly and often in hospital and my Dad had to work. My Gran was a Medium who also read the tea leaves, so I grew up watching her practise her gifts and I believe this is where my own journey with spirituality began. However, life took over and, although I had many spiritual experiences, I was kept busy working, bringing up a family, and working again until I eventually took early retirement. Since then, I have devoted myself to developing my psychic gifts and my passion for Tarot. I still get the same sense of excitement every time I pick up my beautiful cards to do a reading just as I did the very first time many years ago.

I believe that Spirit channels through me and, using my beautiful cards as a tool, reveals Spirit’s message to those who come seeking answers, revelation and guidance. Also, over the years I have encountered most of life’s ups and downs, sometimes more than once, so can easily relate to other people’s problems or difficulties that need answers or resolution. I always relay the cards’ message(s) clearly, compassionately and accurately and know my Gran would be proud of me!

I have previously worked as a Reader for Psychic Today, a Spiritual television channel, and for an American Spiritual website for which I am also the author of their daily Spiritual quotes section. I have also had a blogs published. I am also a member of TABI (The Tarot Association of the British Isles), and a Certified Angel Card Reader.

What do you like most about giving readings to clients?

The interaction and the opportunity to use my beautiful cards in order to help my clients gain clarity and insight into a problem, or an issue, that they need answers to. I also love “meeting” new people and enjoying a one-to-one connection.

How would you say you are typical of your star sign?

Very typical! I’m very Queen of Cups. I’m very people orientated and am fortunate enough to be able to forge a relationship/connection quite quickly with other people, especially those in need of the Queen of Cups compassion, empathy and understanding. Also, as a, shall we say, “more mature lady” I have a great deal of knowledge of life and have experienced most of life’s upheavals and dramas and dealt with them and moved on. I am very intuitive also.

When do you remember being first aware of your gift?

I have always felt drawn to Spirit and spiritual people, places and things, probably because my Grandmother was a Medium who also read the tea leaves. Over the years I have experienced visits from people who have passed in my dreams, a “just knowing” about things or people, etc. However, working full-time, raising a family and running a household put things on the “back burner” for many years until I took early retirement in my 50’s and concentrated wholeheartedly on my Spiritual journey with great enthusiasm and a thirst for knowledge.

What is your most memorable experience with a client?

Oh, where do I start? There have been many times when a client has verified what I have told them or been reduced to tears, usually happy tears thankfully. I believe Spirit works through me so I trust what I “get” totally.

What other experiences or qualifications do you have that you feel compliment your work as a reader?

As I said before, I have a lifetime of experiences, some happy some not so happy, that I have dealt with. I also worked for the NHS for 10 years as a Medical Secretary/P.A., in Psychiatry in both mental health and learning disabilities and learned a lot from this. I also seem to be a magnet for people with problems and find myself lending a sympathetic ear and, if asked, advice.

What is the most important thing for a person to consider when they decide to have a psychic reading?

Probably to be open minded. Take the reading given for what it is and understand that situations and people change every day and that, ultimately, we all have free will.
